Introduction

The Space Planning Program (SPP) which is provided below provides an overview of a company's space requirements based on both individual and group needs. This Report lists the type of individual space needs such as private, semi-private, open areas, and the space requirements of common facilities for each department as well as those of the company. This may apply to projected as well as existing requirements.

The data from this report is read into the SPP which then outputs a total projected space requirements (the rentable square footage). The end result is an approximate total square footage required by the company and a list of offices and workstations.

For an accurate determination of space required an office space planner, G.L. Russell & Associate, should be consulted. Then from this information we can assist you in the design of your office. Addition information to assist you and us log onto Rule of Thumb and General Analysis.
